Abstract
Every organization invests time and money to groom a new joined, make him a corporate ready material and bring him at par with the existing employees. The organization is completely at loss when the employees leave their job once they are fully trained. So in this study it is attempted to identify the reasons for the employee to leave an organization. The researcher has used a questionnaire to gather the information from 150 respondents and the data analysis and interpretation was carried out using the tools Chi square, Rank correlation and simple percentage analysis.
